Ramón Szász
I am a multidisciplinary designer currently completing a Master’s in Service Systems Design at AAU Copenhagen, with a background in product design from MOME Budapest.
My work focuses on service design, research, systems thinking, and concept development, connecting operational realities and user insights into more coherent service experiences.
Alongside my studies, I built and operated an independent restaurant, working directly with customer experience, service flow, operations, branding, and continuous service improvement in a real-world context. This shaped my interest in how services function under practical constraints and how operational decisions influence user experience.
My broader background includes product, spatial, furniture, packaging, graphic, and lighting-related design work, which helps me approach service challenges across systems, touchpoints, communication, and physical environments.
I am currently looking for an internship in Copenhagen from September 2026, focused on service design, experience design, systems-oriented innovation, and future-focused concept development.
